Columbia Law School and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Ciarb) — CIArbNY are partnering once more with R.E.A.L. to offer one free scholarship to attend the Comprehensive Course on International Arbitration, which will be held this year in New York, at the offices of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, from 5 to 8 October.
The Comprehensive Course on International Arbitration provides a systematic and comprehensive examination of the law and practice of international arbitration.
👉🏽 The Course features a renowned faculty offering lectures with interactive opportunities plus a number of simulations and is designed for arbitrators, advocates, in-house counsel, experts, academics, and others interested in international arbitration.
👉🏽 Upon completion, all attendees will receive a certificate from Columbia Law School and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators New York Branch. Application for CLE credit for New York State is pending.
👉🏽 Receptions for Course registrants, faculty and invited guests (including CIArb NY Branch Fellows and other experienced arbitration practitioners) are scheduled to take place at the end of the first and second days of the Course.
👉🏽 Course fee includes electronic course materials, breakfasts and lunches each day as well as the opening reception.
Registrants must comply with any health and safety measures of the host venue, and/or as the organizers may deem appropriate in their discretion for the safety and wellbeing of faculty and participants. Registrants assume the risk that applicable health and safety measures may change following registration.
Please note that the scholarship covers the course tuition only. The scholarship grantee will be responsible for their own travel, lodging and related expenses, and any meals not specified in this brochure.
